It's okay bros, you will try again the next week. Reaching your goals doesn't happen in a day. We just have to keep getting back on the horse, no matter how long that cheat day was.

After almost 2 years of Crossfit, including some bad weeks, diet fails and illnesses at almost 40 a few weeks ago I managed to clean and jerk my bodyweight. Fucking proud of that.
I have been doin nothing (as in stopped workin out complety ) for 2 months and have seen not much lose. I think as long as you take enough walks or do something that burns calories gains are hard to loose . Just lay back enjoy it dude even if you lose some you can get it back faster than the privious time.
