Transgender Day of Visibility March 31st 2024: How to celebrate and be an ally
Transgender Day of Visibility is celebrated annually on March 31. It's a day where many come together to support the trans community.
Currently spending time in New orleans and there where floats and dancing in the streets everywhere. Wife and me loved the energy đłď¸ââ§ď¸
It was cool that is happened on the day celebrating Estor the goddess of springtime this year.
I think everyone is trying to be as visible as possible. Please, no more of this. Do your thing, I don't care about anyone's sexual orientation,not my business.

This has nothing to do with sexual orientation. It sounds you're lacking some information, would you like me to explain, or would you prefer to remain ignorant?
Then don't look. You don't own visibility.
We have a whole month for this cause and it isn't March, it's June. It's bad to weaken branding of such a highly successful campaign.
Transgender Day of Visibility has been going on for 15 years. Transgender Awareness month is in November. If you're talking about June for Pride month, that's different.

I still think it would be more appropriate and effective to consolidate similar holidays/acknowledgements/celebrations/etc if the desire is to bring awareness.
I already have a display planned for June to support the LGBT community; I'll stick with that for now. Despite the tone of my original post, I do support the cause.
It's just easier and more effective if, in the case of LGBT celebrated in June, people and corporations jointly bring awareness and celebrate inclusiveness together to make a statement. Fracturing cohesiveness by alternative dates or sheer redundancy tends to weaken awareness campaigns, cause confusion and can actually, as evident in my post above, be a disservice to the message.
Thereâs no pleasing some people.
