Internet restored in Côte d'Ivoire after submarine cable disruption

Messed up internet to the entire south of Africa, Cloudflare has some graphs showing the effect on different countries. Caused problems for the big cloud providers regions in ZA too.

I find it amazing that the carrier has a run on sim cards with an outage to their competitor in only the internet. Can't live without it I guess.
