I keep making the argument for the government agency I work for to get off the platform. But the powers that be are so hung up on engagement metrics they don't care that the site is toxic and dangerous. I also believe that Twitter activity insulates government from being shown amongst the worst of it.

The 2022 and 2023 usage data was gathered through a national telephone survey of about 1,500 people aged 12 and older—further details and methodology for the 2024 usage data will be released on March 28, according to Edison.
