- Yeah good luck with that. They get royalties for HDMI use, they make the TVs. Asking them to support DP is literally asking them to stop collecting royalties from all the device makers.

- Which TVs have DisplayPort?

Are there any DisplayPort to HDMI adapters that support hdmi 2.1 and freesync / vrr? I found one on Amazon that is reported to do the former but I didn’t find one that does both.
