Anyone else's brand new parking sticker deteriorating in the sun?

I literally replaced it last week, and it's already lifting and deteriorating, it was perfect when I installed it and I haven't touched it since.

These are certainly meant to be placed inside your car.
- Nope, instructions are very specific, it needs to go on the outside of the glass.
  
  This is my third vignette, and it's the first time it's been this bad.
