I'm in a fuck ton of pain right now and need to buy some Benedryl

So I can just go the fuck to sleep. Idk. Maybe buy weed or something. My fucking chest feels like it’s full of concrete and my face is almost numb.

This is probably Day 0 of another extreme depression like last year when I (almost) tried to yeet myself.

It’s also my birthday today, I guess.

Either that or like, ordering DoorDash or shopping for a new pair of pants will distract me.
