Meola Road closure Extended for 3 months

AT assured residents the road would be open no later than today.

The works include rebuilding 840m of Meola Rd, half of which is being raised by about 400m over an old rubbish tip.

Does nobody proof read this stuff?
- I just assumed that section of the road needed to go over the top of the Sky Tower for some reason.
  
  I bet the view will be incredible though.
So they thought it would take 6 weeks but now 6 weeks are up they need another 3 months to finish?
- Thats the one - pretty much taking out one of the main one of the three main routes West > City/Shore.
