It's possible but I don't see it here. What makes you think it's AI?
Seemed off, no returns on tineye and then fed it into wasitai.com and it returned a robot result.
There's a sailor moon picture in the background. Ai doesn't perfectly replicate known IP like that.
Also, if you do a reverse image search, multiple results come up.
This isn't AI.
