Forced to pay fines for bad work? The fuck?
- Idk how you would continue to work for the company after that.

Sources allege that the game’s character creator had to be overhauled multiple times to keep up with GTA Online, then Hogwarts Legacy, then Baldur’s Gate 3. While the game’s setting—a smoky, oppressive city—had to be dramatically altered to become brighter and friendlier after one of the brothers played Spider-Man 2.
Does that remind anyone else of the “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” segment “Film Scene”, where the “director” would change the type of film mid-scene several times?
- Who had Ryan Stiles, Wayne Brady, and Colin Mochrie set up a gaming studio?
The Day Before was one of last year's most utterly chaotic launches, managing as it did to build anticipation (and get a huge number of pre-orders) on the back of footage and promises that we now know were hiding the true state of the game.
On one hand, I want to see these guys face justice. On the other, if you pre-order a game from a basically unknown developer with only cinematics and promises, you probably deserve to be scammed. Hell, even gameplay videos have been faked. Just don't fucking pre-order ever. If they have enough of a game scraped together, they can do early access and I'm all for that.
