- For the average user, might as well. Most people don't use PCs in casual settings and most Android phones come with Facebook preinstalled.
  
  Especially in developing countries. A lot of people there have literally never experienced the open web.
I feel the worst outcome of this will be mandated age verification on every website. I really hope the EFF is ready to fight like hell.
