Purism (creator of FOSS friendly laptops and phones) offers buying shares of the company, reports revenue of 8M in 2022 and 5M in 2021

I remember when these bills were being worked through the system, but lost track of the the story, so I’m not familiar with how they turned out: Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act. My worry is that they are novel ways to scam “non-accredited investors” (i.e. normal people who have to work for a living) of their money.
