  "I am the highest ranking Arab and Muslim in Michigan" is definitely more funny than they probably intended it to be.
  
  I'm normally pretty meh about Biden but I kind of appreciate that he did the bare minimum and wasn't a racist here.
- The issue now is that Biden wants their votes. And to get their votes he needs to do something about Gaza, which he isn't.
- Because people otherwise would shout "We can't trust Hamas officials!" and thus you have to talk to someone who is obviously not Hamas.
What the hell do the local groups want? It's not like they are a federal authority or group. Bring it up with the Michigan leadership.

The Biden admin was already in a tough spot with voters before they supported Israel. Now they have sealed the deal and have no chance of winning. We will slip farther into fascism because of genocide Joe.
- Obvious concern trolling. Try harder.
- What exactly was this representative looking for? What are they going to bring to the table that merits the White House bringing them in to consult on the Middle East? Huffpost laid out what their grievance was, and it seems like it's just because they are the leader of the House of Representatives in Michigan.
  
  How are we supposed to achieve peace in the Middle East unless the concerns of Michiganders are addressed?
- Biden is standing by our allies and not throwing them under the bus in a time of need, he made the right call. If he loses due to this demographic it's because young Arabic Americans are evidently more sympathetic to Hamas and Palestine than the Jews they are trying to genocide. America does not throw its allies under the bus because it's popular or expedient short term. At least I hope we never become like that.
