Suggestions on my planned Monitors setup? Tips, Tricks?
I'm buying a Dell S3422DWG (34" WQHD curved monitor), mainly based off rtings' suggestion) and my price range.
I currently have 2x Dell U2414H and 1x ASUS VG278HR.
My plan is to use the S3422DWG as my primary, and have the U2414Hs on either side in Portrait, no longer using the ASUS. Kind of like this setup. I work in IT (multiple remote connections at a time) and also do some gaming, nothing crazy.
Computer side, I've got an NVIDIA RTX 2060 with DP, HDMI, and DVI outputs. I'm thinking the DP port to the S3422DWG, and HDMI and DVI-HDMI to the U2414Hs.
I no longer have the original stands for the U2414Hs, so I'll probably need to get some monitor arms. Unfortunately all 3 monitors have recessed 100x100 VESA mounts.
Questions
How's my plan in general? Anything you'd do differently?
Will having mixed refresh rates be an issue for gaming?
Worst case, I could turn off the 60hz monitors when gaming I guess.
Any issues with the cabling?
What monitor arms should I get for the 2 U2414Hs? Does it matter, or are they pretty much the same.
I doubt there's a dual arm setup that would allow me to have the ultrawide in the middle, so I'm assuming I'd need two?

For this purpose I'd build a wall of smaller monitors, possibly 20'' at best, use smaller, portable monitors or even entertain the idea of connecting 10''-12'' notebooks/netbooks working as remote monitors (screen cast via wifi and some dedicated software).
Working in IT, sysadmin, no stranger to multiple simultaneous remote connections.
I do want the ultrawide for gaming specifically, and otherwise just using what I've got already. Else, I'd definitely entertain that thought a bit more. Interesting for sure though!
