I went down a rabbit hole to find this comic book "Scruff Beats the Scary Streets" and it is like it never existed. I can find no digitized copy, and none for sale. Any comic data listings I found have conflicting information, and no actual cover photos.

I'm now on a lifelong mission to find a copy.

EDIT: It looks like the McGruff organization still exists, but now is located in Bellevue, WA. I'm going to contact them to inquire about the comic book.
