Do people actually leave the tea bag in there? That just makes it extra bitter.
Only black or green tea, herbal tea (sorry, infusion) not so much.
Only if you have quality tea bags. It's basically impossible to over-steep cheap tea bags with their miniscule amounts of very finely ground tea.
