Can it run on a laptop, or it needs heavy graphics processing?

Seems to have low requirements for graphics but still have them. It will run on any laptop GPU, dunno about onboard graphics on CPU

It runs poorly, but playable.
I can probably buy it and support the developers! :D
I love spreadsheets disguised as games. Loved Victoria 2, love factorio.

Workers and Resources: Soviet Republics
It’s a classic paradox style of game that is an excel sheet pretending to be a video game.
Very fun 9/10.
The trailer had a funny comment in Russian under it: "Cool, houses are built immediately shabby, cars leave factories immediately rusty, and roads are laid immediately with cracks.... funny Western vision of the USSR, lol)"
I have installed that game at least 4 times and have probably 4 hours in it total. I just can't seem to get into it.
