British indy wrestler and RevPro veteran James Castle has announced that his leukemia has returned and is terminal. (Update: He passed, GoFundMe set up)

Update: The original announcement didn't seem to make it clear but he indeed has passed, before the year is out. Just the 'announcement' was done now post-holidays.
