Is the ban for recording it or for SHARING it?
Recording uploads clips automatically to MS servers so that you can share it, but they have a no explicit content rule so it automatically counts as an infraction
Let me guess, you can't opt out of uploading the clips
Simply recording.
Not really. It was the public sharing that got them in trouble.
Maybe they didn't intend to share it, but the default settings are to share all clips.
