Is there a way to have a full screen widget and background wallpaper in the lock screen instead of the normal widget?

I haven't used it in a while but I think you can use KLWP for this
If it's possible, it's probably up to the app dev to implement it
Like on ios? Where you have the album cover as lockscreen background?
