Mastodon Instance Recommendation

Gabe, please remove this if it doesn't belong here.

The instance of my Mastodon account has chosen to federate with Facebook. This wigs me out, so I'm looking to migrate. Do y'all have any suggestions?

https://fedipact.veganism.social/ has a solid list. Also the book that's quoted above in this page is amazing.
- It is a good list. I was mostly curious about where others from literature.cafe have landed -- if they have Mastodon accounts at all. I already have an account on esperanto.masto.host, but I'm also looking for an instance where posts in other languages are welcome. Mastodon.art looks good.

  I am on Mastodon.social and have no clue regarding where to migrate. Have you managed to shortlist any instances from the fedipact page? I joined Mastodon after lemmy, so I've been there for a short while and have no clue about other instances.
