- Please spell it out for the people out of the loop on the nuances of local UK politics, I'm interested to hear.
  
  Brexit means that there will have to be a border checkpoint installed in Kent. This isn't practical unless there is a lot of demand
  
  It's not local politics. They're saying it's brexit
- Previously, in October, they cited a lack of funds.
