Just found this one yesterday and I like a lot of the changes it makes, especially to some of the trashier weapons.

What is your opinion on balancemods? I think they often get a bad rap, deserved or not; I respect anyone that actually goes to all the trouble to implement their ideas into the game directly for testing instead of just sticking with hypotheticals, even if it ends up being bad.
