A few weeks ago they were on top of the world and ready to build Ange a statue out of all his manager of the month awards. 4 losses in 5 have brought them crashing back to reality and I'm absolutely loving every moment of it.
With 4 teams ahead of them and another 4 right behind them (within 3 points) their next few games are going to be VERY important.
Am I crazy in thinking City won't win the league? They lost 5 and tied 5 last year and already have 3 of each this year. They would need to win 19 of 23 games to get 89 points, and I just can't see them doing that.
I'm imagining 6' 6" Kai Havertz just letting it rip, putting his foot through the ball and shooting a thunderbolt but he just doesn't have that. I don't have a word for it. What is it that lets some players have a propensity to taking shots from distance? The force he could generate with his long legs 😮💨makes me wonder.
He's like a pair of parallel sticks trying to play football.
