I love the Sealife Center in Seward. They do excellent rehab and release to wild if they can, but this little one probably won't be suitable to go back to the wild after being bottle fed.
its more the learning that humans are great cuddlers, anything that teaches them that humans are okay is going to be a problem
What you don't want a 1500kg adult walrus barreling at the nearest group of land humans, looking for cuddles?
