What happened to Sweden?

They are losing 1-0 to Swiss right now in the UEFA nations league and haven't won a game in I don't know how long.

What the hell happened to this team that used to be great in tournaments?

They performed better than they should in the past. Just like Denmark is performing better than they should right now.

With smaller countries, it will always be a generation thing. You need some luck, that enough great players will play at the same time, and just as important; that they are great together.

Sweden is just not there right now, and maybe even worse than normal.
