In Continued Defense of Effective Altruism

Having read both the HN section on this and the substack post itself, I've still not come away from the concept of 'effective altruism' feeling any type of way other than "wow, this is just the same sociopathic narcissism that billionaire 'philanthropy' was before it, just with an added dash of techbro Manson family energy, isn't it?"
