Yes, let's please not fund this.
- Our own country is struggling enough, it would be better to invest in ourselves, especially if we will be taking 0.5 million refugees.
  
  What makes you think Canada will take half a million refugees? UNHCR indicates that we have welcomed a little over a million since 1980.
  
  Probably confusing yearly number of immigrants with refugees.
