5 0 ReplyI guess Lemmy has a problem with sideways pics because it's happened to me too. Or maybe Colorado is just sideways @_@

Aw, it posted sideways, which is funny because the post of the mines in mayflower gulch (that is also sideways) is what inspired me to post this 🤦♂️
5 0 ReplyMy picture I posted earlier uploaded sideways too.. :(
I understand your pain and confusion
3 0 ReplyWhat app and OS? There’s an issue where iOS stores the image orientation in the photo’s EXIF data but Lemmy scrubs all of that for privacy purposes. Fixed in Liftoff! a couple of days ago (I hope) 😀

Good picture. Thanks for sharing.
If I spin my phone fast enough, I can see the picture right side up so it’s not a problem that it’s sideways.

3 0 ReplyOn iOS I guess? See my other reply.

First I wanted to downvote because the picture is sideways, but then I realized I'm wrong and the picture is perfectly right.
See, I'm in Czech Republic and this is in Colorado, so... it's about right.

2 0 ReplyI did James Peak for the first time last year myself! Super pretty and fun mountain.
