Man dies after falling at Rocky Mountain National Park

Park officials said the man fell and was pulled underwater at West Creek Falls, a waterfall accessible by a trail on the east side of the park.

Are there more outdoors/hiking fatalities this year, or am I just hearing more about them? There seem to be a lot lately.
- We have had a lot of river and water fatalities early into the season.
- There are a lot every year, though more often it is rock climbing accidents.
