It'll be interesting to see if the far right adapts.
'Traditional' values, machismo, misogony, and contempt for the weak/victims are key aspects of fascism.
Obviously, they can pretend to not believe all that nonsense, but you can't fool all the people all the time.
You forget about the first part of the quote: "and you can fool some people all of the time..."
