22 1 ReplyWholeheartedly disagree. The direction of travel should be 20mph in urban / residential areas with expansion of routes for pedestrians and cyclists.

If the carbon monoxide fumes don't get the kids then the cars will. I suppose it is one way to cut down on school costs.
