I always have my movie gun for this reason.
She needs to know that any modicum of time not controlled by me will be met with the movie gun. You don't even have to use it most of the time. Because of the implication.
You guys should try it. It makes our time together so much less eggshelly than before.

If I had to guess, the movie gun means that any modicum of time not controlled by him means he gets to pick the movie later, and because she wants to pick the movie, she'll be more lenient on the other stuff.
But anyway, yeah, I have no fucking idea.

If I'm watching a move with someone and I think she got distracted, I rewind. We can't have her missing anything.
No easier way too piss of my wife than pausing a movie she's clearly not paying attention to
Yeah what gives? My wife gets so irritated when I pause the movie when she gets up…
And god forbid I turn off the TV when nobody is in the room watching it.
I swear if I gave her a test about any movie we just “watched” she’d flunk so hard.
