Question about Altars of Lilith

If I collected a few on a pre season 1 character and the rest on a newer season one character. Do I permanently get all the altars unlocked once season one ends and both characters are in the eternal realm?

Or no idea as it'll be a bit before season 1 ends.

Alters are account wide. I would assume that it doesn't matter which character you click them on, it should flag the entire account.
Log in to your preseason acc if you haven't already this season. When you log into that account once, its altars and map should register account wide.
- Does that mean that the altars from pre-season should be unlocked on the seasonal character? Because I do not see them lit up on the map of the seasonal character.
