I have hypoglycemia. Please help me out so that I'm able to buy fruit juice and food as to avoid a hypoglycemic attack from low blood sugar.

If I am unable to maintain a proper blood sugar level then I experience a hypoglycemic attack which leads to horrifying seizures.
