Which makes France the 3rd closest. Something I never would have believed.
It was obviously a friendly dispute, but they did lower the other countries flag and raise their own, which could be considered a war declaration.
They both left liquor every time they went to Hans Island to raise their flags. (Canada left whiskey, Denmark left snaps)
