Travis Dermott is a legend.
I don't know which makes me lose more respect for the NHL: the fact that they made this policy in the first place or that they spinelessly rolled it back as soon as someone defied it.
- Apparently, they were already planning to roll it back before Dermott used the tape. I know how unlikely that sounds but I heard Scotia Bank didn't like the decision and put pressure on the league. I can easily believe the NHL caved to pressure from big money.
