None, you don't need anti-virus, you need common sense to avoid getting them.
You should really question why you need this to begin with...but you can look at https://f-droid.org/packages/us.spotco.malwarescanner/
- Can also be gotten from the DivestOS repo directly after adding it to your F-droid app of choice.
Hypatia is good on Android. iOS needeth no antivirus.
