How do you deal with islamaphobia

As the title suggests, if you come across islamaphobia on the internet or in person, how do you respond to it?

Do you clap back at them, or just ignore them?

I honestly get disheartened everytime I see islamaphobia on the internet.

I know most are trolls who do it for engagement, while others are bots.

There's also been a study that showed negative news can shorten your lifespan 😭.

And I've also noticed reddit is the worst one, everyone outside of the Muslim subreddits are really racist and islamaphobic, it's so tiring to see.
