  • Now I’m just trying to think what this could be an analogy for

    • Maybe something related to reliability or trustworthiness? We don't pay much attention to broken clocks and overlook them because we consider them useless, but we always seem to trust a working clock at first glance sometimes. People are definitely like this at times, and sometimes we place faith in those who may seem reliable, but are not truly as so as we originally thought.

      Either way, I feel like I'm going to start using this from now on.
