Recently, this Boobook found himself stuck in a warehouse - he probably flew in chasing food.

The amazing warehouse manager called us to assist in making sure this special friend was escorted out safely and back home, where he belonged. They had named him Terry.

It took 9 rescuers just under 6 hours over two visits to successfully catch him - warehouses are extremely challenging due to the obstacles in them and the heights of the ceiling.

An amazing effort by an amazing team of dedicated volunteer wildlife rehabilitators (and the warehouse manager!). Thanks to their patience, experience, skill, specialised rescue equipment and time, Terry the Boobook is back with his family after spending a handful of days in care putting some weight back on.
