Dishonorable judge Thomas Ludington upholds Biden's gross handouts

A judge denied the Cato Institute and Mackinac Center for Public Policy's attempt to block a Biden administration plan to cancel $39 billion in federal student loans from borrowers who have been in repayment for more than 20 years.
