I interpret this as a way for Trump to position himself as the "good cop" rather than as a factual description of something that actually happened, or else I would be concerned about how such sensitive secret information is apparently being casually given away to news agencies.

I have a hard time believing they didn't know of and weren't complicit in the attack on Iran. They just diverted an arms shipment from Ukraine to Israel that specifically are claimed to counter Iranian drones

At this point Khamenei at his age would probably prefer actual martyrdom over being these idiot's bargaining chip and a prop for their demented shows pretending to be reasonable if it ever got to that point.

We all know Trump & most of Washington takes orders from Netanyahu, not the other way around.
