CHIPS Act beneficiaries 'mired in NIMBY fights and two-year permits' — delays to Micron, Amkor, and SK hynix NY fabs costing $5M per day

I do not think it's fair to call people NIMBY for not wanting to live next to a factory.

We need more manufacturing in 'murica but not in my town...It's all so frustrating
