If you live in East Palestine, Ohio, don't even bother trying to work for or with Microsoft.
I was just struck by the intrusive thought of a sustained municipal effort to rename the town to “West Israel, Ohio”, and now I refuse to look into it any further for fear of it somehow already being real.
