-DS9, In the Pale Moonlight.Say what you want about Sisko, he's the best captain in ST; for three reasons.
- he was morally complicated. His ethics were both uncompromising and dubious.
- he wasn't the kind of captain you'd give a starship to. Before getting sent to DS9, he had gone ROAD, was just coasting, designing half-baked warships (the defiant,) that the Feddies were ever going to produce (because it didn't have enough kids on board.)
and 3), he's the only captain to ever KO Q. .. and Q never bothers him again.
