Greenland dangles rare earths partnership with EU as Trump looms

So Trump has managed to expand the yet dormant exploitation of resources from Greenland in favour of the European Union - without the need to bribe gift any aeroplanes. Trump sure keeps generously making favors for everybody except his own country.

EU is so bumbling at this with so many restrictive laws that their own decision process will get gridlocked
