11-year-old boy died cycling home after bus driver "beeped and startled him" before collision — but coroner concludes driving in line with Highway Code

I was getting something from the sliding rear door of my van a few weeks ago. Some driver, being courteous in their own mind, bipped the horn while going past startled me causing me to hit my head and fall back into the road being only a fraction of a second from him rolling over my head with his back wheel.
