Lol. The singer threatens violence against rioters in his song. It's not like the conservative idea of "try that in a small town" is preventative. You're all called reactionaries for a reason.
I think the general conservative perspective is that when police do not actually do their job, it falls on regular people to defend their property and prevent chaos from engulfing their communities.
Nobody wants a riot or general lawlessness in their areas. Poor people most of all - who have less means to replace the things that they lose.
