Analysis: Nearly 60 countries have 'dramatically' cut plans to build coal plants since 2015

Thanks to the heroic efforts of law enforcement, several mass murderers have dramatically cut plans to increase the rate at which they murder people.

That's certainly a win, I hope we can get the same for oil. But maybe a lil faster please?
